چۆنیەتی وەرگرتنی متمانە بۆ پڕۆگرامەکانی خوێندن لە عێراقدا: پێوەر و هەنگاوەکان
لە ۆڕکشۆپەکەدا باس لەوەکرا کە مامۆستا بڕبڕەی پشتی پڕۆسەی پەروەردە و فێربوون و پێداگۆجیە، هەروەها بنەمای سەرکەوتنی و گەیشتن بە ئامانجەکانی ئەو پڕۆسەیەیە، و ئەو مامۆستایانەی کە خاوەنی لێهاتوویی پیشەیی و پسپۆڕی و کارگێڕی بێت و ئاستە ستانداردەکانی تێدا بێت دەتوانن بەشداری بکەن لە گەیشتن بە کوالیتی پەروەردە لە هەرێمی کوردستان و گەیاندنی بۆ ئاستی جیهانی.
بۆ بەدیهێنانی ئەمەش پێویستە سەرنج بدرێتە پەرەپێدانی کۆلێژەکانی گروپی پەروەردەیی، لەڕێگەی هەڵسەنگاندنی هەر بەشێکی سیستەمی خوێندن و پەرەپێدانی لەڕێگەی پێوەری تایبەتەوە کە گەرەنتی دەرچوونی مامۆستایان و ڕاهێنەری کوالیتی دەکەن.
بەمەبەستی بەرەوپێشبردنی کوالیتی خوێندن و دڵنیابوونی لە پرۆگرامە ئەکادیمییەکان لە کۆلێژە پەروەردەییەکان و گەیاندنیان بۆ ئاستی جیهانی، پێوەرە نیشتمانییەکان لەژێر ڕێنمایی وەزارەتی خوێندنی باڵا و توێژینەوەی زانستی لە عێراق ئامادەکراون بۆ متمانەکردنی پرۆگرامەکانی کۆلێژە پەروەردەییەکان لەسەر بنەمای پێوەرەکانی دەزگا پسپۆڕییەکانی متمانەی ئەکادیمی نێودەوڵەتی بە شێوەیەک کە دابینکردنی پێداویستییەکانی بازاڕی کار مسۆگەر بکات.
On Tuesday 24-12-2024 at 11:00 am, the Department of Physics of the College of Education conducted a workshop for the teacher of their department (Asst. Prof. Dr. Majida Ali Amin) under the title:
How to gain accreditation for educational programs in Iraq: Criteria and steps
The workshop discussed that the teacher and instructor are the backbone of the educational and pedagogical process and the basis for its success and achievement of its goals. The teacher and instructor who possesses professional, specialized, and administrative competence and meets the standard levels can contribute to achieving the quality of education in the Iraqi Kurdistan region and bringing it to the world level.
To achieve this, attention must be focused on developing the colleges of the educational group by evaluating each element of the education system and developing it through specific standards that guarantee the high quality of teachers’ graduation.
To improve and ensure the quality of education in academic programs in educational colleges and to reach international standards, national standards were prepared under the direction of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq to accredit educational college programs based on the standards of specialized academic accreditation international bodies, ensuring the availability of labour market requirements.
