On December 2, 2024, APP Director Ms. Zimkitha Mpatheni visited the Educational and Psychological Counseling Department at the College of Education, University of Sulaimani. She was welcomed by Associate Professor Dr. Hanaw Hassan Mohammed, along with Dr. Zana Azez Mehmood and Dr. Akhtar Hussain Mustafa, who provided an overview of the efforts to establish relationships between the University of Sulaimani and the American University of Iraq-Sulaimani for collaboration in the fields of education and psychology. They discussed working together as a unified institution to shape the future direction and also shared updates on their recent projects, suggesting several avenues for future collaboration.
