دوابەدوای ڕاسپاردەی بەڕێز ڕاگری کۆلێجی پەروەردە ( پ.ی. د.هەناو حسن محمد خان) بۆ پێکهێنانی لیژنەی دۆکیۆمێنتاری کۆلێج بە فەرمانی کارگێڕی ژمارە (١٦٠) لە ڕێکەوتی (١٤-١١-٢٠٢٣) دا ئەمەش بە دوای نوسراوی فەرمانگەی یاریدەدەری سەرۆکی زانکۆ بۆ کاروباری کارگێڕی و دارایی ژمارە (٧/٢/١٦٨٦٥) لە (٥-١١-٢٠٢٣) دا بۆ مەبەستی نوسینەوە و بە دۆکیۆمێنتکردنی مێژووی دامەزراندنی کۆلێجەکەمان. وە لەدوای هەوڵ و ماندوو بوون بەدواداچوونی ڕاگر و سەرۆک و ئەندامانی لیژنە و پاڵپشت بەو بەڵگە باوەڕپێکراوانەی دەست ئەندامانی لیژنە کەوتوون دەرکەوت کە مێژووی دامەزراندنی کۆلێجی پەروەردەی زانکۆی سلێمانی دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ ساڵی ١٩٧٦.
وەسەرجەم ئەو بەڵگە و داتایانە بە نوسراوی ژمارە (٢٣٣) لە (١١-٢-٢٠٢٤) دا ئاڕاستەی نوسینگەی سەرۆکی زانکۆ کراوە ، وە لەلایەن بەڕێزیانەوە بە نوسراوی ژمارە (٧/٢٩/٣٤١٩) لە ڕێکەوتی (٢٨-٢-٢٠٢٤) دا وەڵامدراونەتەوە کە بەڕێزیان ڕەزامەندن لەسەر گۆڕینی مێژووی دامەزراندنی کۆلێجی پەروەردە لە ساڵی (٢٠٠٧-٢٠٠٨) ەوە بۆ ساڵی (١٩٧٦-١٩٧٧). وە بێ گومان ئەم ڕەزامەندییەش دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ ڕاستی و دروستی ئەو بەڵگانەی لەلایەن لیژنە دۆکیۆمێنتی کۆلێجەوە بەردەست کەوتوون و ئاڕاستەی بەڕێزیان کراوە .
ئەوەی شایەنی ئاماژە پێکردنە لئژنەی دۆکیۆمێنتاری کۆلێجی پەروەردە پێکهاتبوون لە هەر یەک لە بەڕێزان :
(پ.د.ئاراس سعید محمود سەرۆکی لیژنە و پ.د.فەرەیدون قادر حمەصالح ، د.میدیا اسماعیل سلیمان ، د.ئاری کریم احمد و د.نیان نەژاد نوری) ئەندامانی لیژنەی ناوبراوبوون.
Following the recommendation of the Dean of the College of Education (Assist. Prof. Dr. Hanaw Hassan Mohammed Khan), a documentary committee of the college was formed with administrative number (160) on (14-11-2023). This was following the letter of the Vice president Office of University of Sulaimani for Affairs Administration and Finance No. (7/2/16865) on (5-11-2023) for the purpose of writing and documenting the history of the establishment of our college. After the efforts and hard work of the dean, chairman and members of the committee and based on the reliable evidence received by the committee members, it appeared that the history of the establishment of the College of Education of University of Sulaimani goes back to 1976
All these documents and data were sent to the office of the University of Sulaimani president with letter number (233) on (11-2-2024), and he replied by letter number (7/29/3419) on (28-2-2024). The president of the university agreed to change the date of establishment of the College of Education from (2007-2008) to (1976-1977). This approval is undoubtedly due to the authenticity of the documents received by the College Documentation Committee

Prof. Aras Saeed Mahmoud, Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Faraidun Qadir Hamasaleh, Dr. Media Ismail Sulaiman, Dr. Ari Karim Ahmad and Dr. Nian Nazhad Noori were members of the committee
